Delivery can be expected in 1-5 business days from the shipping date. All orders are shipped from San Clemente, CA. during regular business hours, 10:00AM to 4:00PM PST, Monday through Friday.
For your protection, we suggest you return your merchandise via UPS, Federal Express or USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.
Include your order number, the product you would like to send back, and the reason for your return. Simple hand written note.
